About PixBus
PixBus is a pixel-art bus tracking app for London, developed by THE GROWING COMPANY SL ("we", "us"). By using pixbus.co.uk or the PixBus app, you agree to these terms.
Not an official TfL product
PixBus is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Transport for London (TfL) or any other transport authority. Bus arrival data is sourced from TfL's public API and provided "as is"; PixBus is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party transport data.
Acceptable use
You agree to use PixBus only for its intended purpose (checking bus arrival information) and not to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Intellectual property
The PixBus name, logo, and pixel-art design are the property of THE GROWING COMPANY SL.
Sponsorship content
PixBus may display sponsored content from local businesses, always clearly labelled "Sponsored". Sponsors are independent third parties; PixBus is not responsible for their products, services, or claims.
Disclaimer of liability
PixBus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that arrival predictions will be accurate — always allow extra time and check official TfL signage when precision matters.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of PixBus after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence (including the UK).
